MyGenieApp is a real-time management tool for CPU Group Ltd’s insurance and where applicable, contribution collection services that form part of our 1:1 Learning programmes. MyGenieApp is multi-platform and is currently available for iOS and Android. This lightweight yet powerful app encapsulates the most important aspects of our programmes and allows the user to manage their programme from a mobile device.


By using the latest mobile device features including notifications and one-time sign in coupled with the introduction of credit/debit payment facilities and seamless integration between the app and our existing Genie platform, managing your Mobile Learning programme has never been easier.


Who is the app for?

MyGenieApp currently caters for schools/colleges and the parents and students that are enrolled on the programme.

The school side of the app provides management tools for parental contribution collections and claims management including a new, simplified claims approval process allowing school users to approve claims in seconds without the need to upload images.

The parents side of the app focuses on contribution management by providing contribution balances and allowing parents to make payments towards their contribution via credit or debit card*. These payments can be used to either reduce an arrears amount or lower the monthly contribution amount. The app also allows parents to place and track new insurance claims which can even be completed without logging in.
